Panun MasterJi strictly allows registration and usage only by users residing in the Union Territory of Jammu and Kashmir. This is verified during the Aadhaar-based eKYC process. If your Aadhaar address does not indicate a location within Jammu and Kashmir, you will not be permitted to proceed or access the app's features. This restriction is enforced to maintain the platform’s regional focus.

Panun MasterJi does not determine or control how teachers (tutors) are compensated for their services. Whether a teacher is paid monthly, daily, per subject, per class, upon syllabus completion, or using any other arrangement is entirely up to the mutual understanding between the teacher and the student or parent. All financial terms, including payment amounts and schedules, are to be discussed and agreed upon directly by the involved parties. The app is not responsible for any disputes or agreements related to payments.
Panun MasterJi is a platform that facilitates connections between tutors and students or parents. However, we do not guarantee that a parent or student will find a tutor who perfectly matches their needs. Likewise, we do not guarantee that a tutor will be contacted by any parent or student. The availability of matches depends on user activity, preferences, and other factors beyond our control.
